The Junior has many similarities with the current Flow Friend models, but also some notable changes.

The FlowFriend Junior:

• Motor with protection class IP67
• Extremely energy efficient
• Extern controller - short circuit proof and IP66
• 0-10V/0-20mA/4-24mA Extern control
• Controllable 2-40 m3/uur / 20-370 Watt / 500-3000 rpm
• Without a fan so it is completely silent
• IE6: newest generation permament magnet moter (EC/BLDC)

The most important difference is that the motor and control electronics are seperated from eachother. Becaquse the motor does not need a cooling fan it is A class IP67. The electronics can be mounted in a easy to reach place and is controllable from a distance. Everything is completely EMC coated.

The thing that has stayed is the is the extremely efficient design of the pump. with that losses are minimalized in the hydraulics, motor and electronics.                                                                        The maximum efficienty of the hydraulics at full power is above 85%, of the motor it is 94% and the controls at 98%. The motor fulfills the most recent, not yet mandatory IE6 norm of efficienty.

The hydraulics of the Junior, is like any other FlowFriend pump. Made from Stainless steel 316 and of the mixed flow type. The pump is entirely controllable (500-3000 ROM) with an extern control.

The FlowFriend comes with a short circuit proof controller and has/is:
